By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following studio policies:

  • ✦All projects require full payment upfront before work begins. Invoices must be paid within 72 hours of receipt to secure your project start date.
  • ✦Revision rounds are determined by your selected package. Additional revisions outside of the included amount may require an additional fee.
  • ✦Clients are expected to respond to concept presentations and revision requests within 48 hours to help maintain project timelines.
  • ✦Delayed communication may result in adjusted delivery timelines. If no response is received within 3 business days, the project will be considered inactive and may be cancelled without refund.
  • ✦Final files and deliverables will be provided after final approval and project completion.
  • ✦Clients receive ownership rights to all finalized approved designs upon final delivery.
  • ✦Creatively Crowned reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • ✦Due to the custom nature of creative services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • ✦Additional design requests outside of the approved project scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
  • ✦Clients are responsible for providing all required content, high-quality images, branding assets, and information needed to complete the project in a timely manner.
  • ✦Websites are built using modern no-code and AI-assisted platforms selected based on project needs.

Apply to Work Together

Complete the Discovery Form so we can learn more about your brand, goals, and creative vision.

Project Review & Strategy Call

If your project is accepted, you'll receive an email with the next steps, a brand questionnaire, and a link to schedule your design strategy call where we'll confirm your package, scope, and pricing.

Contract & Invoice

A service agreement and invoice will be sent to officially secure your project.

Project Confirmation

Your signed contract and full payment are required before design work begins. Once submitted, your project date is officially locked in.

Creative Direction & Design

Concept development and design work begin based on your selected package, goals, and visual direction.

Feedback & Revisions

Concepts will be delivered for review. Revision rounds are completed according to your package selection.

Final Approval & Delivery

Once approved, all final files will be professionally packaged, uploaded to Google Drive, and delivered to you.
